Getting Started
Yes. Resume Builder is completely free to use, including all templates, the guided builder, and PDF export. There is no subscription or paywall on core features.
No. Resume Builder works entirely without a login or account. You can start building a resume the moment you open the app — your data is stored locally on your device.
Resume Builder is available for Android devices running Android 7.0 (Nougat) or newer.

An ATS (Applicant Tracking System) friendly template uses a simple, single-column layout with standard section headers, designed to be read correctly by the screening software many companies use before a human ever sees your resume.
Yes. Your information is entered once through the guided builder and can be applied to a different template at any time without re-entering your details.
Your Data & Privacy
All resume data is stored locally on your own device using on-device storage. Resume Builder does not operate a server that receives or stores your resume content.
No. Your resume content never leaves your device except when you choose to export or share it yourself. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes — the core resume-building and PDF export features work offline. An internet connection is only used for displaying ads, which help keep the app free.
You can delete individual resumes from within the app's My Resumes screen, or uninstall the app to remove all stored data at once.
Exporting & Sharing
After completing the guided builder, open the Preview screen and tap Download PDF. Your resume will be saved as a print-ready PDF file on your device.
Yes. From the Preview screen, tap Share to send your resume PDF directly through WhatsApp, email, or any other app installed on your device.
This is usually caused by low device storage. Free up some space and try again. If the problem continues, restart the app and try once more — if it still fails, contact support with details of your device model.
Account & Technical
Adding a photo requires picking one from your device's gallery or files app. If this isn't working, confirm your device has a working file/gallery app installed, then try restarting Resume Builder.
